some changes

No progress this week, but I did some thinking and I decided to introduce some changes to my list. First of all, I may have to start making Djævlehue a bit earlier than I planned - maybe together with the slippers, as it's getting cold here already. I've already translated (or I hope I did...) the pattern from Danish and can't wait to cast on.
Before I can start, though, I have another project to make - my little one needs a great outfit for his christening next Sunday... I already have the yarn, but can't start, as I'm finishing a schnauzer that someone requested...
Secondly, I found a wonderful box for my hooks and therefore won't need the hook case. Instead, I found a great pattern for my son - a stegosauruses! I love, love, love him! And other patterns by this designer, too! Check them out, if you knit!

By the way, how are you doing with your Year of Projects? I'm a bit afraid that I may not make it (especially with the tablecloth...). But well, we'll see:)

  1. The hat is lovely and will surely keep you warm in the cold weather coming. I like the stegosaurus, that's really cute and far more fun than a hook case I'm guessing!

Hope next Sunday's christening is perfect!

  2. Sounds like you had the same type of week I did, not much progress on projects but lots of thinking on projects! I need to stop thinking about things so much and just stick to my list and knit :-P. Hope you get the little one's outfit all set for next Sunday :)

  5. I think you will make your goals, as long as you update them to reflect your current interests :).

  6. I'm in a similar place as you -- will probably need to revise my YOP a bit but also get back to knitting some of the patterns as I've been side-tracked with both Halloween knitting and falling in love with new projects!
