New pattern - Cocker Spaniel

Last year a Ravelry friend (who loves schnauzers) asked me to help her make a crocheted schnauzer. I gave it a try and wrote up a pattern (which is currently my best seller). Some time ago I thought that I should make a cocker spaniel pattern (as my family has a cocker). Here's the effect:

I must say I'm even more happy with him than with the schnauzer and I'm planning to have more breeds soon:)

And good news for my giveaway participants is that you get a discount on him: just e-mail me at kacprzak_justyna@wp.pl

back to the game

Wondering if I'm still working on my Year of Projects crochet and knitting? Well, I've been hibernating some of my projects to work on my submissions (details about the last one soon), but I'm back on track!
I've finished the gloves from this set, but decided not to make a hat, as Maciek got a beautiful knitted hat from my mom and he's got also the one I've knitted for him (and some others...) so I guess one more won't be necessary. I decided not to make a thumb, as he won't need it.

Not perfect, but definitely warm!
My next project was supposed to be the Maui shrug, but I've come across this beauty - Ribbed Lace Bolero and just couldn't resist! I casted it on on Sunday and I hope to be done soon. It's really a great pattern. Easy and quick, but not too boring.

I'm using Nako Super Inci yarn - wool+acrylic. It's wonderful!
Hope to find some time to visit other YoP blogs soon!

let's share the love

I've never been a fan of the Valentine's Day, I don't celebrate it in any special way or send cards. But I thought it would be a good day to show our special affection for crochet. Or knitting :) So, if you want to join, post a short note on my Facebook page, telling why you like to knit or crochet. And those who answer in the most interesting way - be sure to get your prize!
I'd hate to limit the love sharing mood, so I'm giving you the whole week to come up with something! I'll choose the lucky winner on the 22nd of February.
And to make sure you spread the love even further, post an info about this giveaway on your blog/FB/Twitter or however you want and you'll get a 10% discount for my next pattern! Just remember to e-mail me and I'll send you the code:)
So, what are you waiting for? Let's spread some love!
